Suncheon Open Film Location is the biggest film set in Korea that has three sites and each lays out a different period from the 1950s to 1980s.
i. The Downtown (1950s – 1970s)
The downtown set features the downtown streets and Korean restaurants in Suncheon.
ii. The poor hillside village – Bongcheon-dong Daldongnae (1970s)
This set despicts the poor hillside village in the suburbs of Seoul. The houses are so small that they are practically just a room.
iii. Outskirts of Seoul (1980s)
It is much merrier here in the outskirts of Seoul that composed of houses, streets and stores in town. Do not miss out the disco room with retro music!
