Suncheon Bay is regarded as one of the world’s most beautiful coastal wetland. An area of land covered by salt and fresh water, it becomes the habitat to an array of migratory birds and reeds field.

Suncheon Bay Wetland is not located within the vicinity of Suncheon Bay National Garden but you can get to the Wetland from the National Garden by SkyCube monorail. Tickets are priced at 6, 000 won for one way and 8, 000 won for round-trip.

In Suncheon Bay Wetland, you can take a walk along the bridge to enjoy the breathtaking paranomic view of vast reeds field.

During spring, the reeds are in their golden prime and it forms a perfectly beautiful scene during sunset with the glorious light from the dusk.
